Ingredients
- 1 scoop mango ice cream, softened
- 1 shot (25-35ml) lemon-flavoured gin
- 75ml chilled prosecco
- 3 blueberries
- 1 slice lemon (optional)
Method
Step 1
In a jug, whisk the ice cream, gin and half the chilled prosecco with a fork. Stir in the remaining chilled prosecco, then pour into a chilled coupé glass.Step 2
Garnish with a few blueberries and a slice of lemon, if using; serve immediately.
