Crafting your own home-made granola has never
been so simple. Delicious wholegrain Quaker Oats form the foundation of this
crunchy granola that’s bejewelled with tasty nuts, seeds and dried fruits. Time and servings

Ingredients
- 200 g of quaker oats
- 50 ml of rapeseed oil
- 40 ml of runny honey
- 50 g of sunflower seeds
- 50 g of pumpkin seeds
- 100 g of chopped walnuts
- 75 g of raisins
- 75 g of dried cranberries
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 170 degrees.Step 2
Mix everything together in a large bowl except the dried fruit.Step 3
Spread mixture evenly in a large roasting tin.Step 4
Bake for 30-35 minutes but take out and turn over mixture every 8-10 minutes.Step 5
Allow to cool then mix through the dried fruit.Step 6
Store in airtight container
