Ingredients
- 400g quantity greek-style live yoghurt
- 200g crème fraiche
- 3 tbsp peach conserve
- 1 tin fruit cocktail in syrup
Method
Step 1
Stir together the yoghurt and the crème fraiche, then swirl in the peach conserve.Step 2
Drain the tin of fruit cocktail and layer up the fruit in 4 glasses with the yogurt mixture, finishing with a layer of fruit.Step 3
You can either enjoy this straight away or it keeps well in the fridge for up to 6 hrs.
