Smoothies make a healthy breakfast or snack, and are refreshing when the weather is warm. Leftovers can be chilled in the refrigerator and enjoyed later, adding more ice if desired.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp of plain yogurt
  • 115 g of mixed berry fruits, frozen
  • 1 banana, broken into pieces
  • 600 ml of pineapple juice

Method

  • Step 1

    Place the banana, yogurt, and berry fruits in a blender or food processor. Pour in the juice and blend until smooth.
  • Step 2

    To serve, divide the smoothie between 4 serving glasses.
