Smoothies make a healthy breakfast or snack, and are refreshing when the weather is warm.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp of plain yogurt
- 115 g of mixed berry fruits, frozen
- 1 banana, broken into pieces
- 600 ml of pineapple juice
Method
Step 1
Place the banana, yogurt, and berry fruits in a blender or food processor. Pour in the juice and blend until smooth.Step 2
To serve, divide the smoothie between 4 serving glasses.
