Ingredients
- 150 g of apple and pear peelings
- 300 ml of white wine or cider vinegar
Method
Step 1
Fill a glass jar with the fruit peelings and any leftover cores. Pour over the vinegar, pop the lid on and leave to infuse for a couple of weeks.Step 2
Strain the fruit from the vinegar and pour into a clean bottle. Use in place of regular vinegar (in salad dressing, for instance) for an extra fruity flavour.
