Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp of rolled jumbo oats
  • 3 tbsp of unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 3 apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tub of greek yoghurt, to serve
  • 2 pears, peeled and chopped
  • 200 g of blueberries
  • 6 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp of wholegrain flour
  • 6 tsp of unrefined brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Mix the oats, flour, sugar, coconut flakes and salt in a bowl. Add the coconut oil and rub until it looks like breadcrumbs. Spoon the fruit into ovenproof bowls; sprinkle the crumble on top. Bake for 20-30 until golden. Cover loosely with foil if it browns too quickly. Serve with yoghurt.
