
Fruity Layer Lollies

This is our take on a childhood favourite, with three layers of fresh flavours.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 200 g of strawberries, hulled and roughly chopped
- 200 g of kiwi fruit, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 tsp of caster sugar
- 200 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice, (from approx. 1-2 oranges, or use ready-made fresh juice)
Method
Step 1
Put the strawberries into a jug or small bowl and whizz to a fairly smooth purée using a stick blender. Divide between 6 x 100ml lolly moulds and freeze for 1 hr.Step 2
Put the kiwi into a jug or small bowl and use a stick blender to whizz to a fairly smooth purée. Stir in the sugar, then divide between the lolly moulds, layering on top of the strawberry. Freeze for 30 mins, until semi-frozen.Step 3
Pour the orange juice into the moulds, on top of the kiwi layer, then add the lolly sticks. Freeze for 2 hrs, or until firm.
