
Fully Loaded Hotdogs

We all know that hotdogs are the bread and butter of BBQs, but this recipe will kick your hotdog game up a notch. Loaded with a buttery chilli and garlic combo and topped with bacon, cheese and onions, these delicious hotdogs will blow the sandals off your guests.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 6 thick pork sausages
- 100 g of anchor spreadable or block butter
- 100 g of grated cheddar cheese (plus additional for topping)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 chilli, chopped
- 6 streaky bacon rashers
- 6 brioche finger rolls
- 6 tablespoons of sliced red onion
- 6 tablespoons of crushed tortilla chips
- 6 tablespoons of jalapenos
Method
Step 1
Get the coals lit to start up your BBQ and oil your grill.Step 2
Cut lengthways down the centre of each sausage, but only go halfway. Mix your Anchor butter, cheddar, garlic, and chilli in a bowl, then stuff the mixture down the centre of each sausage.Step 3
Wrap the stuffed sausages in the bacon. To make them easier to flip, pop pierce a skewer lengthways down the centre of each stuffed dog.Step 4
Pop your sausages on the oiled BBQ and sizzle for 15 mins until cooked (the internal temp should be 71 °C and 160 °F).Step 5
Place your sausages into their buns and top with cheese, onions, nachos, and jalapenos.Step 6
