Ingredients

10 total
  • 6 thick pork sausages
  • 100 g of anchor spreadable or block butter
  • 100 g of grated cheddar cheese (plus additional for topping)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 chilli, chopped
  • 6 streaky bacon rashers
  • 6 brioche finger rolls
  • 6 tablespoons of sliced red onion
  • 6 tablespoons of crushed tortilla chips
  • 6 tablespoons of jalapenos

Method

7 steps
  1. Step 1

Get the coals lit to start up your BBQ and oil your grill.

  2. Step 2

Cut lengthways down the centre of each sausage, but only go halfway. Mix your Anchor butter, cheddar, garlic, and chilli in a bowl, then stuff the mixture down the centre of each sausage.

  3. Step 3

Wrap the stuffed sausages in the bacon. To make them easier to flip, pop pierce a skewer lengthways down the centre of each stuffed dog.

  4. Step 4

Pop your sausages on the oiled BBQ and sizzle for 15 mins until cooked (the internal temp should be 71 °C and 160 °F).

  5. Step 5

Place your sausages into their buns and top with cheese, onions, nachos, and jalapenos.

  7. Step 7
