G & Tea

G & Tea

By OcadoLife
Published on 16 March 2022
Try a G & Tea for a refreshing twist on a classic tipple. Inspired by a Burmese pickled tea salad called lahpet thoke, it uses lemon tonic and green tea, which add a floral edge to this cooling cocktail. Created by Kate Calder, author of Three Ingredient Cocktails: 60 Drinks Made In Minutes (And Snacks To Go With Them), it’s a perfect match for a spicy bar snack such as her Sweet & Sour Cashews.
