Tasty fish tacos with garlic & guajillo are quick, easy and super tasty. Mix the dry mix with a little olive oil to make a marinade and add the fish. This would work really well with prawns, chicken or pork too. Looking for more taco recipes? Look no further.

Ingredients

  • 6 tortillas
  • 1 tub of gran luchito salsa, to serve (optional)
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil, plus 2 tbsp for the marinade
  • 400 g of cod fillets (or other white fish), cut into bit-sized chunks
  • 1 fresh lime, juiced (to serve)
  • 0.5 tub of garlic & guajillo mix
  • 1 handful of cabbage, shredded (to serve)
  • 1 coriander, to serve (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    Make the marinade by combining 2 tbsp olive oil with Garlic & Guajillo Mix.
  • Step 2

    Add the fish pieces and marinade for 20 minutes.
  • Step 3

    Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a pan over a medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the fish and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Step 4

    Remove the fish from the heat and leave to rest for 3 minutes.
  • Step 5

    Serve spooned onto warm tortillas with lime juice, shredded cabbage, coriander & Gran Luchito Tomatillo Salsa.
