
Garlic and Guajillo Fish Tacos

Tasty fish tacos with garlic & guajillo are quick, easy and super tasty. Mix the dry mix with a little olive oil to make a marinade and add the fish. This would work really well with prawns, chicken or pork too. Looking for more taco recipes? Look no further.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 6 tortillas
- 1 tub of gran luchito salsa, to serve (optional)
- 1 tbsp of olive oil, plus 2 tbsp for the marinade
- 400 g of cod fillets (or other white fish), cut into bit-sized chunks
- 1 fresh lime, juiced (to serve)
- 0.5 tub of garlic & guajillo mix
- 1 handful of cabbage, shredded (to serve)
- 1 coriander, to serve (optional)
Method
Step 1
Make the marinade by combining 2 tbsp olive oil with Garlic & Guajillo Mix.Step 2
Add the fish pieces and marinade for 20 minutes.Step 3
Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a pan over a medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the fish and cook for 5 minutes.Step 4
Remove the fish from the heat and leave to rest for 3 minutes.Step 5
Serve spooned onto warm tortillas with lime juice, shredded cabbage, coriander & Gran Luchito Tomatillo Salsa.
