
Garlic Chicken

This simple dish uses the strong flavours of the Balti paste - such as
cumin, coriander and other authentic spices, with garlic. The result
being a tantalising dish that is easy enough to rustle up for a quick

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 450 g of chicken, diced
- 200 g of onions, diced
- 1 tbsp of garlic, sliced
- 200 g of chopped tomatoes
- 3 tbsp of patak's balti paste
- 50 ml of single cream
- 2 tbsp of fresh coriander
Method
Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions for 3 minutes.Step 2
Add the sliced garlic and fry for a further 2 minutes.Step 3
Add the Patak's Balti Paste and fry for 2 minutes, then add the chicken and fry for 3 minutes to seal the meat.Step 4
Add the chopped tomatoes, 100ml of water and single cream, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.Step 5
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice and naan breads.
