We came up with this garlic soy bok choy dish with our friends at Mak Tok. It's is full of flavour and really easy to make, not to mention super speedy. Bok choy is also known as pak choi, and is a type of tender Chinese cabbage. Serve it like this as a light lunch or as a side dish for an Asian-inspired meal.Time and servings
