- 320g Jus-Rol Ready to Bake Cinnamon Swirl Kit
Method
Step 1
Heat the oven to 200C/ 180C fan/ gas 6. Line an 18cm round cake tin with baking paper.Step 2
Remove the cinnamon swirl dough from the tin and unroll onto the work surface. Spread the cinnamon spice mixture over the dough.Step 3
Using a sharp knife, cut the dough lengthways to make 4 long strips. Loosely coil one strip into a swirl and set in the middle of the lined tin. Carefully pick up a second strip and loosely coil around the swirl in the tin to continue the shape. Repeat with the remaining strips.Step 4
Bake in the oven for 15-20 mins until golden and puffed. Set aside to cool.Step 5
Meanwhile, tip the pot of icing sugar into a bowl and whisk with a few drops of water to reach your desired consistency.Step 6
Remove the swirl from the tin, set on a serving plate or wire rack and drizzle with icing. Tear or slice to serve.
