Ingredients

  • 60 ml of gin
  • 7 ml of dry vermouth
  • 7 ml of green olive brine, plus 1 pitted olive to garnish
  • 1 samphire, to garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Chill a martini glass.
  • Step 2

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour over the gin, vermouth and olive brine. Use a long-handled spoon to stir until the outside of the cocktail shaker is cold to the touch. Strain into the chilled glass; garnish with samphire and an olive.
