Mix up your spritz over the festive season and serve this gin spritz cocktail recipe as an easy, refreshing aperitif. We’ve taken an Aperol spritz and given it a twist. The bitterness and slightly spiced Martini Riserva blends well with the citrusy, slightly vanillary gin. Serve with plenty of ice and garnish with half an orange wheel.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 25 ml of bombay sapphire™ gin
- 15 ml of cocktail bitters
- 1 slice of orange peel, to garnish
- 15 ml of honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 part water)
- 25 ml of tonic water, chilled
Method
Step 1
Pour all the liquids (except the tonic) into a large wine glass, then fill with ice cubesStep 2
Top with the tonic, stir gently to mix, then garnish with half an orange wheel.
