Ingredients
- 50g spring greens, stalks removed (or kale or spinach)
- 1 celery stick (or pear or apple)
- 15g mint leaves, plus a sprig to garnish
- 200ml coconut water
- ½ lime, juiced
Method
Step 1
Put the spring greens in a blender with the celery, mint, coconut water and lime juice.Step 2
Blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass, pop in a sprig of mint and enjoy.
