Ingredients
- 1 heaped tbsp of yoghurt
- 10 berryworld strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 heaped tbsp of cashew butter
- 100 ml of milk
Method
Step 1
Put 10 strawberries, a small banana, a dollop of cashew butter, a dollop of yoghurt and a few ice cubes into a blender or smoothie maker.Step 2
Whizz until smooth. Add a little milk or water if it’s too thick.
