
Green Harissa & Creme Fraiche Baby Potatoes

Ingredients
- 500 g of new potatoes
- 125 ml of creme fraiche
- 1 tsp of green harissa
- 0.5 lemon, zest and juice
- 0.5 green chilli, very finely chopped, optional
Method
Step 1
Bring a pan of salted water to a gentle boil, add the potatoes and cook until tender. Drain and set aside to cool a little, then cut in half.Step 2
Mix the crème fraîche, harissa and lemon juice together with sea salt and black pepper.Step 3
Tip the potatoes in and stir to combine, adding some of the zest and chilli, if using, and sprinkling the rest on top.
