Ingredients

  • 500 g of new potatoes
  • 125 ml of creme fraiche
  • 1 tsp of green harissa
  • 0.5 lemon, zest and juice
  • 0.5 green chilli, very finely chopped, optional

Method

  • Step 1

    Bring a pan of salted water to a gentle boil, add the potatoes and cook until tender. Drain and set aside to cool a little, then cut in half.
  • Step 2

    Mix the crème fraîche, harissa and lemon juice together with sea salt and black pepper.
  • Step 3

    Tip the potatoes in and stir to combine, adding some of the zest and chilli, if using, and sprinkling the rest on top.
