  • 200 ml of coconut water
  • 0.5 avocado, peeled
  • 1 ripe pear, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tbsp of lemon, freshly squeezed juice
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 cm of ginger root, chopped
  • 2 fresh coriander, optional
