Ingredients
- 200 ml of coconut water
- 0.5 avocado, peeled
- 1 ripe pear, seeded and chopped
- 1 tbsp of lemon, freshly squeezed juice
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 cm of ginger root, chopped
- 2 fresh coriander, optional

Step 1
Pop everything in the smoothie blender and whizz.
