
Grilled Chicken Breasts with Cayenne Pepper Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup of lemon juice
- 1 drizzle of villa modena balsamic glaze, to taste
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tsp of dried parsley
Method
Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill to a medium to high heat, and lightly oil the grate (if cooking indoor you could use a griddle pan).Step 2
Dip the chicken in the lemon juice and sprinkle with the pepper, salt and parsley. Discard any remaining lemon juice.Step 3
Grill for 10 to 15 minutes per side, on until no longer pink, and the juices run clear.Step 4
Drizzle the Villa Modena Balsamic Glaze on the chicken breasts to taste and serve with salad, crusty bread or your favourite vegetables.
