Ingredients
- 3 ripe peaches, halved
- 200ml bourbon
- 1 large lemon, juiced to give 60ml
- 50ml maple syrup
- 150ml peach iced tea
Method
Step 1
Grill (or barbecue) the peach halves until charred; leave to cool.Step 2
Slice 2 of the peach halves and set aside. Blitz the remaining 4 peach halves in a blender with the bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup and 200ml water until smooth. Strain into a jug, discarding the pulp, and stir in the iced tea.Step 3
Serve over ice, garnished with the peach slices.
