
Guava Chilli Margarita

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tsp sumac
- 2 limes, 30ml juice, plus a wedge and a lime wheel, to garnish
- 60ml tequila
- 60ml guava juice
- 2 (approx.) thin slices of chilli, plus a slice, to garnish
Method
Step 1
In a shallow bowl, mix together the sea salt and sumac. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a tumbler, then dip it into the salt.Step 2
In a cocktail shaker or clean jar, combine the lime juice, tequila, guava juice and chilli slices. Add ice, secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15-20 secs to chill.Step 3
Fill the tumbler with ice, then strain the margarita into it. Garnish with a lime wheel and a slice of chilli.
