Ingredients
- 1 tsp groundnut oil
- 2 thick slices halloumi
- 1 hot cross bun, halved
- 1 smear butter (optional)
- 1 tsp crispy chilli oil
Method
Step 1
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the halloumi on both sides until starting to turn golden.Step 2
Meanwhile, toast the halved bun and lightly butter, if you like.Step 3
Sandwich the halloumi inside the bun with a good dollop of crispy chilli oil, and get stuck in.
