Ingredients
- 1 M&S Cheesy Garlic Butter Flatbread
- 4 slices smoked ham
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- 1 good drizzle hot honey
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6. Put the flatbread on a baking tray and rearrange the mozzarella to leave a hole in the middle for the egg.Step 2
Pop in the oven for 5 mins to get things going, then remove. Tear over some ham, avoiding the hole, then crack an egg into the middle. Top with a good grating of parmesan and return to the oven for 5 mins or until the cheese has melted and the egg white has set.Step 3
Top with a grind of black pepper and a drizzle of hot honey and serve.
