
Harissa Crispy Chickpeas

These tasty Harissa Crispy Chickpeas are the perfect pick-me-up snack when you fancy something a little bit salty and spicy. Simply roast chickpeas with harissa and parmesan in the air fryer for a speedy snack, that happens to be nutritious too. Why not try sprinkling with za’atar next time?Time and servings

Ingredients
- 370g jar chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp rose harissa
- 50g parmesan, grated
Method
Step 1
Tip the chickpeas onto a kitchen towel and gently rub dry.Step 2
Spread over a baking sheet lined with non-stick paper and air fry for 10-12 mins at 180C, until dry and slightly crisp.Step 3
Add the harissa to the chickpeas and toss to coat. Sprinkle over the parmesan then return to the air fryer for 5-8mins until the cheese is melted and golden. Set aside to cool and set.Step 4
Remove from the tray and roughly chop to serve.
