
Herb stem pesto

Ingredients
- 50 g of stems of mixed soft herbs (mint, parsley, basil, dill and coriander work well)
- 50 ml of olive oil
- 25 ml of pine nuts
- 25 g of parmesan
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 0.25 lemon, juiced
- 0.5 salt
Method
Step 1
In a food processor blitz together all the ingredients until smooth, then store in a sealed container in the fridge. Use in dips, pastas, sauces, or even freeze for later.
