  • 1 flower from 1 (250g) jar Wild Hibiscus Flowers in Syrup, plus 20ml of the syrup 30ml orange liqueur, chilled
  • 2 (approx.) drops rose water
  • 100ml (approx.) prosecco, chilled, to top up
  • 1 orange twist, to serve

Method

3 steps

  1. Step 1

    Take a coupe glass or champagne flute and put the hibiscus flower into it.

  2. Step 2

    Add the hibiscus syrup, followed by the orange liqueur and rose water.

  3. Step 3

    Top up with chilled prosecco and garnish with an orange twist.
