This smoothie uses silken tofu and creamy Greek yoghurt for a natural, high-protein boost, making it an easy and delicious breakfast.

Ingredients
- 300g silken tofu, we used Clearspring Organic Japanese Silken & Smooth Tofu
- 300g Greek yoghurt, we used M&S Collection 0% Fat Authentic Greek Yogurt
- 500g frozen berries, we used Ocado Frozen Summer Fruits
- 2 small bananas
Method
Step 1
Place the silken tofu, Greek yoghurt, frozen berries, banana and enough water to just cover the ingredients into a high-speed blender.Step 2
Blend for 2 mins or until the mixture is completely smooth and thickened. If the smoothie is too thick, add more water, 1 tbsp at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.Step 3
Divide the mixture between 4-6 glasses and serve immediately.
