Ingredients
- 8 pork sausages, cut into 3 pieces on the diagonal
- 290 g of sharwoods hoi-sin marinade
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190ºC/375ºF/Gas 5Step 2
Place the sausages in a roasting tin and coat with Sharwood’s Hoi Sin sauce then cook in oven for 30 mins.
