
Honey & Balsamic Bruschetta

quick and easy bruschetta recipe is perfect as a quick lunch or even as
appetiser that will impress any dinner guest. Time and servings

Ingredients
- 1 ciabatta, (cut into 4 slices)
- 20 cherry tomatoes, (Halved)
- 2 cloves of garlic, (Chopped)
- 100 ml of mary berry’s honey & balsamic vinaigrette
- 1 sprinkling of fresh basil leaves
Method
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 190°CStep 2
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place on a baking tray.Step 3
Chop the garlic and scatter over the cherry tomatoes, along with the vinaigrette.Step 4
Slow roast for about 30 minutes or until softened.Step 5
In the meantime, cut the ciabatta and toast until golden brown.Step 6
Spoon the tomatoes onto the toasted ciabatta along with any leftover juices then scatter with fresh basil.
