In this healthy and fresh-tasting Honey and Sesame Chicken Grain Salad – created by Kathy Kordalis, food stylist and author of Rice And Grains – millet is a source of fibre and quinoa a source of both fibre and protein. “The salad is topped with a mixed-grain pouch baked in the oven for maximum crunch – my favourite salad hack!” Try Kathy’s other great grain dishes: Bulgur and Lentils with Roast Beetroot and Sticky Onions and Barley Risotto with Lemon Salsa Verde.
