Ingredients

  • 6 hot cross buns
  • 1 tbsp vanilla clotted cream ice cream
  • 1 handful M&S speckled mini eggs
  • 6 tbsp M&S Belgian chocolate sauce, to drizzle

Method

  • Step 1

    Cut the hot cross bun in half.

  • Step 2

    Lay a good spoonful of ice cream onto the bottom of the hot cross bun.

  • Step 3

    Add your favourite toppings, we’ve used chopped M&S speckled mini eggs and drizzled on some M&S Belgian chocolate sauce.

  • Step 4

    Sandwich the top of the hot cross bun on top of the ice cream and squash down a little.
