Level up your hot cross bun game with a hot cross bun ice cream sandwich. Perfect for an extra bit of indulgence or a crowd-pleasing pudding for Easter lunch. Switch things up with your favourite flavour of ice cream and top with any leftover Easter choc! Time and servings

Ingredients
- 6 hot cross buns
- 1 tbsp vanilla clotted cream ice cream
- 1 handful M&S speckled mini eggs
- 6 tbsp M&S Belgian chocolate sauce, to drizzle
Method
Step 1
Cut the hot cross bun in half.Step 2
Lay a good spoonful of ice cream onto the bottom of the hot cross bun.Step 3
Add your favourite toppings, we’ve used chopped M&S speckled mini eggs and drizzled on some M&S Belgian chocolate sauce.Step 4
Sandwich the top of the hot cross bun on top of the ice cream and squash down a little.
