Ingredients
- 160 g of farfalle pasta
- 150 g of asparagus
- 100 g of hot smoked salmon
- 1 tbsp of crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp of tracklements strong horseradish cream
- 1 dash of salt and pepper
Method
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to instructions. Meanwhile steam the asparagus and cut into inch long pieces. Drain the pasta leaving 1 tbsp of liquid in the pan with the pasta. Stir in the salmon, asparagus, crème fraiche and Strong Horseradish Cream. Season to taste.
