Ingredients

  • 160 g of farfalle pasta
  • 150 g of asparagus
  • 100 g of hot smoked salmon
  • 1 tbsp of crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp of tracklements strong horseradish cream
  • 1 dash of salt and pepper

Method

  • Step 1

    Cook the pasta according to instructions. Meanwhile steam the asparagus and cut into inch long pieces. Drain the pasta leaving 1 tbsp of liquid in the pan with the pasta. Stir in the salmon, asparagus, crème fraiche and Strong Horseradish Cream. Season to taste.
