Ingredients

  • 50 ml of della vite prosecco superiore docg
  • 50 ml of st germain liqueur
  • 1 sprig of dill, to garnish
  • 1 cucumber ribbon, to garnish
  • 1 splashes of sparkling water

Method

  • Step 1

    Fill a wine glass with ice cubes and add the liquid ingredients. Mix briefly.

    Garnish with fennel & cucumber.
