
Indian-Style Naan Pizza

Even Nigella has a version of this easy, versatile dish. It's great for everything from a speedy supper to party nibbles or a fun lunch to get the kids involved with cooking. Ingredients
- 2 garlic and coriander naans
- 130 g of chicken tikka pieces
- 1 pack of m&s italian mozzarella and tomatoes (200g)
- 1 tsp of chilli flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 handful of basil
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas 5 and line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper.Step 2
Place the naan breads on the baking paper. Divide and shred the chicken pieces over both of the naans.Step 3
Divide the sundried tomatoes between them as well and then tear the mozzarella balls and dot in and around the other toppings. If you want a little heat, then sprinkle over the chilli flakes.Step 4
Pop the baking sheet into the oven for 6-10 mins, depending on how crisp you like the base and how melty you like the cheese.Step 5
Remove from the oven and scatter over some fresh basil before serving.
