If you’re after a drink with a kick, this Johnnie Walker Highball recipe might just be the one for you. The blend of whisky and ginger ale combines the warming taste of scotch with the subtle spice of ginger ale. Or, for something a little sweeter, use London Essence’s White Peach and Jasmine soda. This light and floral alternative works really well with a lemon garnish. The Johnnie Walker Highball is named after the glass it’s served in. It’s similar to a Collins glass, just shorter and wider. Ingredients
- 40 ml of johnnie walker black label blended scotch whisky
- 1 sprig of thyme, to garnish
- 200 ml of white peach and jasmine london essence
- 200 ml of ginger ale london essence
- 1 slice of lemons, to garnish
Method
Step 1
Add your ice to a highball glass. Pour 40ml of Johnnie Walker whisky over the top.Step 2
Add your mixer of choice.Step 3
Garnish with thyme sprig or lemon.
