
Kale Chips

A delicious (healthy!) alternative to classic potato chips, and possibly the most moreish way to cook kale. Recipe courtesy of Alix Caiger of Caiger and Co. Catering. Time and servings

Ingredients
- 200 g of kale
- 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp of sea salt
- 1 tbsp of fresh rosemary
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 120°C.Step 2
Mix the salt and rosemary in a small bowl and set aside.Step 3
Rinse and dry the kale thoroughly. Remove the stems from the kale, then cut the leaves into large pieces.Step 4
Place them in a bowl and pour in the olive oil. Make sure the leaves are evenly covered and then season with the rosemary salt to taste.Step 5
Arrange leaves in a single layer on a large baking sheetStep 6
Bake for 20 minutes, or until crisp.Step 7
Place the baking sheet on a rack to cool. To serve, transfer the chips on a large bowl or individual serving bowls
