
Karahi Chicken Saag

This is a great quick and easy curry which is 100% Natural - 100% Indian. The Masala sauce is mild, but you can spice it up by adding a couple of green chillies! Taste as you go as some prefer it saucy!Time and servings

Ingredients
- 100 g of baby spinach, washed
- 2 tbsp of sunflower oil
- 400 g of chicken breasts, washed and diced
- 1 masala sauce pot
- 0.25 lemon
- 2 green chillies, deseeded and sliced (optional)
Method
Step 1
Heat the oil in a large, heavy based saucepan and add the chicken. Cook on all sides over a high heat for 5 minutes until browned.Step 2
Add enough masala sauce to cover the chicken, spinach and green chillies (optional) to the pan and stir for 1 minute. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes until the chicken is tender and cooked through and the spinach has wilted. You can add more Masala Masala Karahi to your taste; we recommend you 'taste as you go' as some like it saucy!Step 3
Squeeze in a 1/4 of a fresh lemon. Serve piping hot with naan bread.
