You'll ideally need a cocktail shaker to make this recipe – if you don't have one, mixing the ingredients in a travel coffee cup or jam jar is a good substitute!Time and servings

Ingredients
- 50 ml of coconut rum(we used Koko Kanu Jamaican Coconut Rum)
- 1 pinch of nutmeg, grated or ground
- 50 ml of pineapple juice

Step 1
Shake the rum and pineapple juice on ice, strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
