
Korean-Inspired Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 beef strips
- 3 spring onions, shredded, to serve
- 2 tilda steamed roasted vegetable wholegrain brown basmati rice
- 1 tbsp of toasted sesame oil
- 1 yogiyo medium korean chilli stir-fry sauce
- 1 small handful of coriander leaves, to serve
Method
Step 1
Put the rice into a saucepan and add a splash of water. Place on a medium heat and cook for a few mins until hot through.Step 2
Heat the sesame oil in a wok until hot. Add the beef strips and cook until seared on all sides, approx 2 mins.Step 3
Add the sauce and toss to coat for another 1-2 mins.Step 4
Serve the rice, topped with the Korean beef, some shredded spring onion and coriander leaves for freshness.
