L'OR Espresso and Tonic

An intriguing and delicious combination, the bitterness of both the L’OR espresso and the tonic water give this refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail a boost. Taking just minutes to put together, it makes a great apéritif or anytime pick-me-up. Serve in a coupe glass with a slice of lemon to garnish.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 1 slice of lemon, to garnish
- 2 tsp of l'or intense instant coffee
- 150 ml of schweppes tonic water
- 1 handful of ice co party ice cubes
Method
Step 1
Fill a glass with ice and add the tonic water.Step 2
Prepare the espresso and leave to cool. Once chilled pour directly over the top.Step 3
Add a slice of lemon to garnish.
