L'OR Espresso and Tonic

Taking just minutes to put together, it makes a great apéritif or anytime pick-me-up. Serve in a coupe glass with a slice of lemon to garnish.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of lemon, to garnish
  • 2 tsp of l'or intense instant coffee
  • 150 ml of schweppes tonic water
  • 1 handful of ice co party ice cubes

Method

  • Step 1

    Fill a glass with ice and add the tonic water.

  • Step 2

    Prepare the espresso and leave to cool. Once chilled pour directly over the top.

  • Step 3

    Add a slice of lemon to garnish.
