Ingredients

  • 924g pack M&S 2 Slow Cooked Massaman Curry Lamb Shanks
  • 2 x 105g Paldo Volcano Carbonara Chicken Flavoured Korean Instant Noodle Bowl
  • 2 Thai basil sprigs, leaves picked
  • 2 coriander sprigs, leaves picked
  • 2 salad onions, finely sliced

Method

  • Step 1

    Cook lamb to packet instructions.
  • Step 2

    When the lamb is ready, start the noodles. Remove the flavour sachets from the pot and cook the noodles to packet instructions. Save the sachets for another time.
  • Step 3

    Once the noodles are cooked, remove the lid and pour the lamb curry sauce between the two pots and stir well. Add a lamb shank to each and top with herbs, salad and crispy onions to serve.
