Lamb Rump With Dauphinoise Potatoes And Asparagus

Simply pop the lamb and dauphinoise in the oven, steam the asparagus and serve. Genius.

Ingredients

  • 1 lamb rump
  • 1 dauphinois potatoes
  • 250 g of ocado asparagus

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6.
  • Step 2

    Remove the plastic covers from the lamb and potatoes and place both on a baking tray. Pop them into the oven for 25 mins.
  • Step 3

    Bring a pan of water with a steamer basket over it to the boil. Trim the ends of the asparagus and steam for 5 mins just before the end of the lamb’s cooking time.
  • Step 4

    Remove everything from the oven. Serve a piece of the lamb rump alongside some of the dauphinoise and steamed asparagus.
