Ingredients
- 2 greek-style flatbreads
- 1 (200g) pot houmous with extra virgin olive oil
- 1 (240g) bag mixed leaf salad
- 1 grated carrot, to taste (optional)
- 4 lamb shish kebabs, ready cooked
- 1 (230g) pot tzatziki
Method
Step 1
Arrange 4 flatbreads between 4 plates and spread each with a quarter of the houmous.Step 2
Scatter over a quarter of the salad, along with some grated carrot for added crunch, if you like.Step 3
Top each flatbread with a lamb shish kebab and finish with a drizzle of the tzatziki
