Lavender Margarita
By Ocado
Published on 02 January 2024
Floral, fragrant lavender works well in a margarita cocktail. Here, in a recipe written by botanical expert Mr Plant Geek (aka Michael Perry) and Ocado Wine Ambassador and drinks expert Helena Nicklin, the simplicity of a very pure blanco Tequila, fresh lime and a touch of simple syrup or agave really play to the subtle, citrusy scent of the lavender. Fresh or dried flowers from a garden work well and all together, it makes a very sophisticated drink. Looking for more cocktail recipes? Look no further.
