Ingredients

  • ½ preserved lemon, finely chopped, plus 1 tbsp brine from the jar
  • 200g labneh
  • 1 heaped tbsp fresh pesto
  • 15g dill sprigs
  • 1 good pinch Aleppo pepper

Method

  • Step 1

    Stir the preserved lemon brine into the labneh and season to taste.
  • Step 2

    Spoon into a shallow bowl and swirl through the pesto, then scatter over the chopped preserved lemon and dill sprigs.
  • Step 3

    Finish with a pinch of Aleppo pepper and serve.
